Sanofi’s trusted platform for vaccines, medical supplies, and office tools, comes to life in this video series. I helped transform complex tutorials into engaging, easy-to-follow animated experiences with Ava, the website chatbot. She guides healthcare providers through everyday tasks — from returning overstock to estimating seasonal vaccine needs.

I’ve developed the storyboards and frame-by-frame illustrations, translating the content into a clear visual narrative and establishing the look and feel for each tutorial. Worked closely with the animator and VO talent, I helped bring the stories to life through purposeful animation, visual pacing, and narration—creating training videos that felt approachable, dynamic, and engaging rather than purely instructional.

The result was a cohesive series of animated tutorials designed to make the platform experience easier to understand while keeping learners engaged from beginning to end.
